Launch of new sport house system

The Academy's new sport house system has been a great success, with Lords being the overall winners.
Each student was put into one of six sporting houses named after famous sporting venues - Wembley, Twickenham, Silverstone, Wimbledon, Lords and Woburn.
Head of PE Mr Morris said: "This system has been very successful and has finished with a sports week and the crowning of champions. Points were totalled up from each activity and each year group giving us a grand total."This type of competition encourages participation as it does not matter if you finish first or sixth. Overall the students were brilliant. Participation was high and all students who took part really enjoyed themselves."
